RERA otherwise known as The Real Estate Regulatory Authority at the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has finally made the announcement of the launch of a much-awaited app that will simplify the process for real estate valuators. This app has been named ‘Taqyimee’. Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director-general of DLD and Marwan bin Ghalita, CEO of Rera were present at the launch of this smart app.
Bin Ghalita stated that the Executive Council Resolution No. 37 of 2015 controls all characteristics of the real estate appraisal procedures in the emirate. The Real Estate Regulatory Authority is accountable for organizing and listing real estate valuators.
Furthermore, he emphasized that the Real Estate Regulatory Authority’s strategic projects highlight the significance of launching smart applications that intend to meet customer’s expectations and provide them with adequate data to support their investment decisions.
Director of the Real Estate Licensing Department, Ali Abdalla Al Ali, claimed that the application provides and fulfill the goals that are presented by RERA. Moreover, the launch of this application also falls in the framework of the smart revolution of services offered by the Authority concerning the real estate valuation services.
